This summer our camps will run from 9am-12:30pm (Monday-Friday), in our downtown Carlisle studio.
For families needing full day coverage, consider enrolling in Carlisle Arts afternoon camps, 1-4pm, and we will walk registered students over (2 blocks from Happy Go Creative).
In addition to our studio summer camps, this summer we are also offering several Camp At Home (or vacation) take-home craft kits & a weekly Creative Tween Hang. (See camp list below for more info!)
Our camps are best suited for children who:
Enjoy calmer environments, doing art, and playing games. Children are permitted to move freely throughout the studio, but we are not set up for BIG body movements and rambunctious play. Children should be able to control their bodies and voices in our small indoor environment.
Love crafting and playing games. In addition to our daily group project, we will have a lot of open-ended creative free time. Please keep in mind that our camps aren’t childcare, but rather creative enrichment, so it’s important that enrolled children enjoy art and craft making.
Our camps are designed to give children a lot of creative free-time and agency.
Each camp day we will have a guided group project (sometimes we will have more than one) and outside of that children will have access to many open ended arts and crafts supplies, games, puzzles, and legos.

In studio camps: $150/week
($25 deposit due at registration. $125 balance due 2 weeks before camp. We will send a payment link, no need to remember the date.)
At home craft kits: $75/kit
(Pre-order by May 15th for pickup in early June.)
Creative Tuesdays Tween Hang: $125/summer
(Weekly gathering for tweens ages 10-14 to connect and create. Participants do not need to attend every week of the 10-week semester.)
Craft Camp At Home
This summer we are excited to offer several different Craft Camp At Home options! Purchase an at home craft kit and receive 5 daily projects per kit for your child to complete at home. Perfect for weeks without camp or to take on vacation with you. These can be pre-ordered before May 15th (they will be ready the 1st week of June.)

Creative Tuesdays Tween Hang
1-3pm on Tuesdays, June 9-August 11 (10 weeks)
This is a weekly creative gathering for children ages 10-14. Enrollment is for the summer (10-weeks), but children do not need to attend each week. We understand you have other camps and vacations planned. We’ve priced the summer with that in mind.
During this tween hang, participants will be able to choose what they work on. They will always have access to our board games, legos, and open craft shelves with a variety of supplies. We will also have special options available on rotation based on the topic/supplies of the morning camp.
Ages overlap with our summer camps. Participants enrolled in both our morning camps and Creative Tween Hang may remain in the studio between the two events.
Clay Creations Camp (June 8-12, 2025)
9-12:30PM, ages 6 (entering 1st grade) -12y

In this camp, we will use air-dry, oven-baked, and homemade clay for sculpting and moulding creations.
Dog Craft Camp (June 15-19, 2025)
9-12:30PM, ages 6 (entering 1st grade) -12y

This camp is for all dog lovers! We will spend our week talking about our favorite dogs and making art of them and crafts for them. And yes, Cinnamon will be there & maybe a few other visitors.
Cat Craft Camp (June 22-26, 2025)
9-12:30 PM, ages 6 (entering 1st grade) -12y

This camp is for all cat lovers! We will spend our week talking about our favorite cats and making art of them and crafts for them.
Enchanted Forest Craft Camp (June 29-July 3)
9-12:30PM, ages 6 (entering 1st grade) -12y

We invite young explorers to step into a world of myth and magic, creating whimsical projects inspired by woodland creatures, fairies, and hidden realms.
Jewelry Camp (July 6-10)
9am-12:30pm: ages 6 (entering 1st grade) -12y

During this jewelry-making camp, we’ll explore techniques like polymer clay, macrame, beading, and more!
Learn To Crochet Camp (July 13-17)
9-12:30 PM: Ages 8-12y
*Need a full day? Consider enrolling in a Carlisle Arts afternoon camp (1-4pm). We will walk registered students over.
Minimum age, 8ish, but if your 7 year old is capable with other fiber crafts (weaving, hand sewing, etc) then they are welcome. This camp will require fine motor skills, patience, and focus.
We will start with the basics and move ahead from there! Children who are experienced crocheters are welcome as well. Our guided projects will be beginner level.
Art & Science Camp (July 27-31)
9am-12:30pm: ages 6 (entering 1st grade) -12y

In this camp we will mix art & science to create beautiful art and fun concoctions.
Cardboard House Camp (August 3-7)
9am-12:30pm: ages 6 (entering 1st grade) -12y.
*Children must be allowed & comfortable with using a low temp hot glue gun and scissors for this camp.

Unleash the interior designer within at our Cardboard House Camp! Similar to our sold out Dollhouse Camp from last summer, but this year campers will use cardboard and different supplies to construct various rooms and scenes.
Crafts For Back To School Camp (August 10-14)
9am-12:30pm: ages 6 (entering 1st grade) -12y.

In this camp, we will be making crafts to prepare for our upcoming school year. Think keychains, pencil cases, journals, bookmarks, and more!

I’m a homeschool mom of 2 young children and the owner of Happy Go Creative!
I have been working with children for over 20 years and I love to create opportunities for kids to explore freely and grow their skills and confidence through art making.
I believe that children are capable learners (and teachers!) and I am committed to treating each child in my programs with respect and honoring their agency.
I have up to date state clearances as well as am CPR/First Aid Certified.
