Arts & Craft Studio at 2 E. Liberty Ave. Carlisle PA
Are you interested in hosting a creative class in our downtown Carlisle studio?
We are looking for guest creatives who:
align with our brand vibe (beautiful vs cute aesthetic)
provide creative learning opportunities for adults (crafts, arts, homesteading, writing, photography, etc)
have a network with whom you can share your class (we will share as well, but the most effective marketing will be co-marketing).
Depending the space needs for each individual student, usually we can accommodate up to 20 students. This would be 4 6 ft tables set up for 5 students each (2 on each side, 1 on one end.)
After 5pm, there is a FREE lot available behind our building. Please share this link about parking with your students.
Code of Conduct:
Happy Go Creative Studio is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for all. We value respectful dialogue and understanding, even when we disagree. By participating, you agree to treat others with kindness and respect, regardless of their background, religion, race, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, neurotype, or political affiliation. Disrespectful behavior will result in removal from the program without a refund and potential restrictions on future participation.
As a teacher in our studio, you must agree to this code of conduct.
Fees:
Our goal is to keep our studio fee accessible for creatives. For a 2-hour class (with 30 mins to set up before and 30 mins to clean up after) our studio fee is $50 to book (this covers up to 10 participants) + $5/ticket over 10 sold. The balance is due day of class (via credit card or Venmo).
Day of Class:
I may not be present in the studio during your class. Studio will be set up, but guest teachers are expected to unlock studio during your time block, and reset the studio (clean up your class, turn off all lights, and re-lock door.)
Promotion:
You are responsible for promoting and marketing your class! We will absolutely support you in your effort by sharing your class with our email list (over 750 subscribers) and social media and listing it in our upcoming class schedule.
Your Role:
Create an event registration link on your website and share it with me. If you don’t have a website, you can create an event via Eventbrite. We will add this to our upcoming events page.
Create any graphics you want to use to promote the event.
IMPORTANT: Create a Facebook Event and add Happy Go Creative as co-host.
Market your event!
Set up & clean up your event within the 30-minute on each end time buffer.
Consider helping to promote other teacher’s events happening in the studio by sharing in your stories and inviting friends/followers to the event on Facebook. We can all grow if we help each other out!
Our Role:
We will add your event to our website on the Upcoming Events page and link to your registration page.
We will co-market your event and share with our email list and on social media.
We will provide you with a clean studio, set up in our agreed configuration.
